HOME RECIPE || No Bake Creamy and Healthy 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cheesecake Keto Fat Bombs

Going keto?

One of the myths is that a ketogenic diet means you are not allowed to have any sweets. In fact, you can indulge in sweets, even if they contain a lot of fat! healthy fats are actually highly recommended on the keto diet because the diet itself is low carb and high fat; what happens to the body is it switches over to burning fats instead of sugar as the main fuel.

These keto bombs are perfect for those who love their cheesecake and their peanut butter. Why? Because it tastes just like peanut butter cheesecake! If you add the extra dark chocolate bits then it’s even more decadent.

Ingredients:

  1. 4 oz (115g) of cream cheese. We used half a block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese that comes in a carton.

  2. 2 ounces (1/4 cup) peanut butter.

  3. 1 packet of SweetLeaf Stevia packets.

  4. 1/2 cup of crushed dark chocolate chips.

Instructions:

  1. Make sure your ingredients are all at room temperature (so the cream cheese isn’t hard to mix!)

  2. Using a bowl, mix your peanut butter, cream cheese, and stevia. Stir until the mixture is very smooth.

  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and roll the exterior in the crushed dark chocolate chips to give it a chocolatey exterior.

  4. Put the keto fat bombs onto a parchment sheet on a baking tray and freeze for 2 hours or until solid.

  5. Remove and store in an air-tight container in the freezer (or feel free to enjoy them right away!)
