5 minutes is all it takes to create a healthy and delicious snack that will brighten your day.

This gluten-free coconut mango smoothie bowl recipe features Nature’s Path Golden Turmeric Cereal, a cereal that combines deliciously crunchy flakes with nourishing turmeric and other organic spice, adding an additional layer of texture and flavour to your smoothie bowl.

This colourful bowl is not only easy to make, but it is also packed with nutrients to keep you energized and fuelled throughout the day. 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Turmeric Flakes

  • 2 small mangos, peeled and roughly chopped

  • ¼ tsp dried ground turmeric (or ⅛ tsp grated fresh)

  • 1 small organic carrot, scrubbed clean and roughly chopped

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place mango pieces, turmeric, carrot, banana, coconut milk, and honey in a blender and blend on high until completely smooth.

  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with Turmeric Flakes.
