Get ready for a delicious culinary experience as Torafuku reopens, introducing a mouthwatering seven-course anniversary menu available until December 17th.

Torafuku's Triumphant Return and 8-Year Anniversary Menu

On Vancouver's Main Street, Torafuku is reopening its doors after a temporary closure due to a street fire. The restaurant had been closed since September 7, 2023, just days before it was set to celebrate its 8th anniversary. Owner and executive chef Steve Kuan shared his gratitude for the support and patience during the restoration, and now Torafuku is ready to welcome patrons back.

Indulge in the rich and flavourful fusion of Totten Inlet mussels, where the brininess meets the creamy richness of spicy genmai miso butter, sake, and cream, creating a harmonious blend that tantalizes the taste buds with every bite.

To mark its 8th anniversary, Torafuku is offering a seven-course dining experience for $70.00 per person. This special menu will be available from October 11 until the restaurant closes for its annual holiday on Sunday, December 17. Known for its diverse international flavours and cooking techniques, Torafuku's anniversary menu includes dishes like Hiramasa crudo, house-made steamed buns with foie gras parfait, black cod, duck breast, and more. The meal culminates with their beloved Basque cheesecake, now featuring an oolong tea crème caramel with fruit compote topping.
