FOUR-HANDS DINNER || Michelin-Starred Chefs Unite for an Intimate Culinary Series in Tuscany

In the tranquil heart of Chianti Classico, where cypress-lined hills roll beneath an ever-changing Tuscan sky, Il Visibilio introduces a new culinary series that celebrates artistry, collaboration, and seasonality.
The Michelin-starred restaurant, located within The Club House in Castelnuovo Berardenga, unveils its Four-Hands Dinners—a curated series of intimate evenings where leading chefs merge their creative visions over a single tasting menu.
The inaugural dinner, held on June 18th, invites just sixteen guests into an immersive gastronomic dialogue between Il Visibilio’s resident chef Daniele Canella and the audacious two-Michelin-starred Giuseppe Iannotti of Krèsios in Telese Terme. Their collaboration promises a multi-sensory exploration that balances Canella’s refined elegance with Iannotti’s scientific curiosity and instinctual creativity. Priced at €190 per person with an optional wine pairing at €110, this exclusive evening is available to external guests with advance reservation.
Chef Canella, a native of Lucca, brings decades of experience shaped by kitchens in Rome, Edinburgh, and Venice. Since 2010, he has helmed the culinary direction at Hotel Le Fontanelle, expanding his influence in 2022 to oversee both Il Visibilio and Osteria Il Tuscanico. Iannotti, meanwhile, is a self-taught virtuoso known for defying convention; his cuisine at Krèsios and recent ventures such as Luminist and Anthill have garnered critical acclaim for their intellectual depth and emotional resonance.
The series continues on August 12th, when Davide Canella of the Michelin-starred Contrada at Castel Monastero brings his Tuscan sensibility and international experience to the table, followed by a final edition on October 7th featuring Federico Zanasi of Condividere in Turin. Zanasi’s innovative style—shaped by his time with Moreno Cedroni and housed within Lavazza’s iconic Nuvola complex—blends contemporary flair with Italian culinary roots.
Set within the romantic surrounds of Castelnuovo Berardenga, these Four-Hands Dinners invite guests not just to dine, but to witness a rare confluence of culinary talent and Tuscan terroir. It is an experience designed not only to delight the palate but to linger in memory—like a fine vintage or a perfect summer evening.
