Nita Lake Lodge, on the shore of Nita Lake in Whistler, British Columbia, has earned the MICHELIN Key for a third consecutive year, placing it among 42 properties recognized in Canada within the Guide's 2026 global selection of more than 9,000 hotels. The distinction, introduced as the Guide's answer to a demand for hotel-specific standards as rigorous as its restaurant stars, is awarded only after anonymous stays by inspectors who assess concept, character, design and sense of place. A single Key can register as a moment. A third, granted in successive years, is closer to a pattern, evidence that whatever Nita Lake Lodge is doing continues to hold up under scrutiny.
