The eighth floor of the Nakar Hotel houses a brightly-lit restaurant featuring the talented and renowned chef Miquel Calent. With a beautiful and modern retractable roof, guests can enjoy a unique view of the city, from where they can see the historic centre, the Cathedral, Bellver Castle and the beautiful bay of Palma.

The menu is based on an artisan and seasonal cuisine, inspired by the Mallorcan gastronomic tradition, very Mediterranean and reformulated with new trends looking for the best seasonal products that the island can offer. Organic, sustainable cuisine that recovers and gives life to old traditional recipes of the island.

Breakfast is served buffet style, where one can enjoy the morning breeze while sipping their morning pick me up. The bar is also located on the same floor, where guests can unwind over drinks or cocktails as the sun sets in the horizon.

One floor above on the ninth floor is the best hidden gem of the Nakar Hotel, a wonderful terrace with amazing sea views and also over the rest of the city.
